Coronavirus - Situation in Zurich
All public and private events are currently prohibited throughout Switzerland. All stores and gastronomic outlets, with the exception of those selling food and essential everyday items, as well as entertainment and leisure facilities are closed.
In these exceptional times, nothing is more important than the common good. Consequently, until further notice, Zurich will be quieter than usual. But even if we are not planning to travel at the present time, we can still dream. Dream of the time when together we have succeeded in withstanding the crisis and Zurich’s restaurants, bars, museums, zoo, opera house, and open-air swimming facilities can once again welcome visitors from near and far.
In the meantime, we will remain active on all channels, albeit to a somewhat reduced degree:
- On our social media channels, we send greetings from Zurich out into the world and share inspiring content.
- You can also keep in touch with us through our Newsletter. Sign up here.
- The Tourist Information at Zurich Main Station is temporarily closed, but we are here for you:
