“The Restaurant” serves fresh and innovative gourmet cuisine in a stylish atmosphere. The gourmet restaurant has been awarded 19 Gault-Millau points and 2 Michelin stars, making it one of the most highly rated restaurants in Zurich. The Chef Fine Dining, Heiko Nieder, celebrates the highest culinary art at “The Restaurant”. The “Amuse Bouche” lunch menu offers an exciting cross-section of his culinary creations. In the evening, guests can indulge in the now legendary “The Restaurant” menu comprising 6 or 10 courses ‒ which are, of course, also available with vegetarian alternatives.
The exclusive wine list is curated by sommelière Lisa Bader and features some amazingly rare finds, as well as the classics.
