Tram Museum – 100 Years of Zurich Trams

The ringing and rattling of trams is part of everyday life in Zurich. The Tram Museum is dedicated to this charming form of transport.

Trams have a long-standing history in Zurich. At the Tram Museum, you can gain exciting insight into the history of this urban form of transport. On display are original vehicles of 50 to 100 years old, tram driver uniforms, a large model tram layout and the “Cobralino” children’s tram.

On the last weekend in the month (excl. December), visitors can take a trip in the historic vehicles along the museum’s own route 21 – on the Limmatquai and down the Bahnhofstrasse.
